    2 cups white flour
    2 tbsp olive oil
    1 packet quick rise yeast
    2/3 cup water
    1 cup marinara sauce
    4 oz. mozzarella cheese part skim milk
    1 red pepper
    1/4 red onion
    green olives
    1 clove garlic


Combine yeast, flour, warm water and 1tbs olive oil to make dough. Let rise in warm place covered with remaining olive oil for half an hour (times vary on type of yeast). Spread dough on pizza sheet. Top with remaining ingredients. Bake for 10 minutes at 450.
