Number of Servings: 3


    1.... cup...All-purpose flour
    1/3 cup...Whole wheat flour
    1/8 tsp....Baking Soda
    1/4 Tbsp Italian Seasonings
    1/4 cup...skim milk
    2 Diced Chicken Thighs (skin and bone removed)
    1/4 cup..Onion, diced
    1/2 cup..Carrots, cooked
    1/2 cup..Alfredo Sauce
    Pam cooking spray


Preheat oven to 425*
Warm pan to medium heat with cooking spray. Add chicken. Cook until outside turns white, stirring occasionally.
In medium mixing bowl add first 4 ingredients together. Slowly add skim milk until dough forms.
Add onion to cooked chicken. Cook until translucent.
Knead dough 5 times and then roll out until 1/8 in thick. Cut into 3 equal rectangles.
Add cooked carrots and Alfredo sauce to chicken and onions. Cook until sauce is warm.
Place mixture onto dough. Fold dough until mixture is completely covered and place dough balls onto greased cooking sheets.
Bake for 10 min or until bread is golden brown
