    2 egg whites
    2 cups vegetable broth
    red pepper
    black pepper
    green onions (sliced)


Whisk together eggs, pepper, and pepper flakes.
Pour the egg mixture slowly into a pot of boiling stock, stirring with a whisk. Remove from stove, and stir continually until eggs form ribbons-about 1 minute. Before serving, drop in green onions.
