    2 cans of fat free less sodium chicken broth
    1 head of cauliflower
    1 lb ground lean turkey
    garlic powder
    basil fresh


Use a 3 qt stock pot, add 2 cans chicken broth, water and garlic powder, heat to boiling then lower heat slightly.

Take the ground turkey and a little salt and pepper and make into meatballs. Place in boiling pot and cook till almost cooked through.

Cut cauliflower up into 2 inch pieces and add to pot. Cook about 10-15 minutes. Taste and add more pepper and salt to your likeing. Right before serving add the fresh basil.
