    2 cups flour
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 cup Smart Balance Lite
    3/4 cup soy milk


Makes 12 biscuits

Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
Measure the dry ingredients. Then sift into bowl. Add margarine with two butter knives until resembles texture of coarse cornmeal.
Gradually add soy milk, stirring as you pour. Make a sticky dough. Spray a cookie sheet and drop heaping spoonfuls to make 12 biscuits one inch apart.
Bake for about 15 minutes or until golden brown and a tooth pick comes out clean.
Serve hot with a thick bean soup and you're warm for the night. Enjoy.
