    Nonstick cooking spray
    Milk, canned, evaporated, nonfat, .25 cup
    Dijon Mustard, 3 tbsp
    Bread crumbs, dry, grated, plain, .25 cup
    Parmesan Cheese, shredded, .25 cup
    Boneless skinless tenderloins chicken breast halves, 1.25 pounds


Preheat oven to 475 degrees. Spray 13x9 baking dish with cooking spray.

Combine evaporated milk and mustard in shallow bowl. Combine bread crumbs and cheese in separate shallow bowl. Dip chicken into milk mixture, coating boh sides, then into bread crumb mixture. Place in prepared pan.

Bake for 15 to 20 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink in center.
