Introduction

Ingredients

    1 Medium Zucchini, about 7oz
    1 TBLSP Kraft Sun Dried Tomato Vinaigrette
    1 TBLSP Parmesan Cheese, grated
    Quick spray of Canola Oil Cooking Spray (not figured into nutritional figures)

Directions

Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

Spray small casserole dish with Cooking Spray. Clean Zucchini, slice off ends and slice in half lengthwise. Place Zucchini into casserole dish, cut edges up, and cover with Vinaigrette and Parmesan Cheese.

Bake uncovered for 30 minutes. Delicious!
