    1 pkg. (6 oz.) STOVE TOP Lower Sodium Stuffing Mix for Chicken
    1-1/2 lb. boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch pieces
    1 can (10-3/4 oz.) reduced-sodium, reduced-fat, condensed cream of chicken soup
    1/3 cup BREAKSTONE'S or KNUDSEN Sour Cream
    1 bag (16 oz.) frozen mixed vegetables, thawed, drained


1. PREHEAT oven to 400 degrees F. Prepare stuffing mix as directed on package, set aside

2. MIX chicken, soup, sour cream and vegetables in 13 x 9-inch baking dish; top with prepared stuffing.

3. BAKE 30 min. or until chicken is cooked through

    This was easy and delicious. My husband especially loved it because I used frozen cajun vegetable mix. The okra worked really well with it. I think it would be good with any frozen veggies though. - 3/21/09
