Introduction

A large portion of chicken and broccoli, with many vegetables and a tomato flavoring, rather than the greasy, thick Chinese version.

Tasty and won't leave you regretting any part of your meal!
A large portion of chicken and broccoli, with many vegetables and a tomato flavoring, rather than the greasy, thick Chinese version.

Ingredients

    Grilled chicken breast, 1 serving, diced (I use Perdue short cuts - already cooked and diced)
    Broccoli, 1 package, steamed
    1 cup spinach
    Onion, 1/2 cup, diced
    Black olives, 15 medium
    Tomato, 1 medium
    Garlic, 2 cloves
    Non stick spray


Directions

Spray pan with non stick spray
Sautee onions and garlic
Halfway through, throw in olives, tomato, and spinach
Once all vegetables are cooked, stir in broccoli (already cooked in microwave) and chicken.

Grated cheese, salt, and pepper can be added to taste!

You may also use Olive oil rather than cooking spray to add flavor and better sautee the vegetables.
