    3 chicken breasts cut into halves
    8 tsp. Chili Powder
    4 tsp garlic powder
    3 tsp onion powder
    3/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
    3/4 cup salsa
    1/4 cup Sour Cream
    2 Cup cooked Rice


Combine spices
HEAT oven to 400°F. Sprinkle chicken with spices, on top of pieces of foil top chicken with salsa and cheese (one ½ of a breast to each piece of foil)
BRING up foil sides. Double fold top and both ends to seal each packet, leaving room for heat circulation inside. Place in 15x10x1-inch baking pan.
BAKE 30 to 35 min. or until chicken is cooked through (165°F). Cool 5 min. Cut slits in foil to release steam before opening. Top with sour cream.
serve on top of cooked rice
