    1 red pepper
    1 green pepper
    1 granny smith apple (peeled)
    1 medium tomato
    1 TBSP rice wine vinegar
    1 TBSP lime juice


Slice up everything and put in a plastic bowl.
Add vinegar and juice.
Put lid on plastic bowl and gently shake.
Refrigerate 1 hr.

Makes approx 10 1/2 cup servings
