    2 cups chopped fresh tomatoes
    Juice of 2 limes
    1/2 cup fresh onion
    1/4 cup fresh chopped cilantro
    1 fresh jalapeno pepper
    2 cloves fresh garlic
    dash of hot sauce


chop and mix ingredients. Store over night in fridge to allow ingredients to "marry". Enjoy with Baked! Tostitos. Approx. 8 servings. Each serving is approx. 1/4 cup.
