This recipe is a great way for me to sneak spinach onto my children's plate. They both love this recipe and rarely even notice the additional vegetables. Ingredients

    Onions, raw, 1 large
    Spinach, canned, 1 cup
    Carrots, cooked, 1 cup slices
    *Spaghetti/Marinara Sauce (tomato sauce), 3 cup
    *Egg Noodles, unenriched, 3 cup
    *Meatballs, Frozen, 21 oz

Directions

cook noodles until tender
chop onions and spinach, then sauted until onions are clear and spinach is wilted
combine sauce, onions, spinach, carrots (drained) and meatballs in a large pot; bring to a low boil
mix in noodles, cover and cook on low until meatballs are done.
