Number of Servings: 8


    *Turkey, Ground turkey, 93% lean, 19 oz
    Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped
    Green Peppers (bell peppers), 0.5 cup, chopped
    Olive Oil, 1 tbsp
    Stewed Tomatoes, 4 cup
    Tomato Sauce, 1 cup
    Beans, red kidney, 2 cup
    Chili powder, 2 tsp
    Pepper, cayenne, 1 tsp
    Salt, 1 tsp


Sautee onions, peppers & turkey until vege's are tender and turkey is cooked.
Add rest of ingredients.
Simmer for 1 to 2 hours.
