1 Package Uncooked Pizza Dough(16 oz.)
    1 tablespoon olive oil
    1 teaspoon minced garlic
1 package(10 oz.) fresh spinach leaves
1 cup part skim mozzarella cheese, shredded
    2 tablespoons parmesan cheese

Preheat oven to 400-425 degrees.

In deep skillet heat oilve oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sautee for 2-3 minutes. Add spinach to skillet and let it wilt down until it looks cooked.

Drain spinach mixture in colander removing any excess liquid.

Spray a large baking sheet with a non-stick cooking spray. Stretch out dough to make a large rectangle(that fits the pan). You may need to use a little flour to make the dough more easy to work with.

Once the dough is stretched out. Spread the spinach mixture into the middle of the dough. Cover with mozzarella and then sprinkle parmesan cheese over.

Roll the dough from top to bottom, keeping the roll tight. Seal the end of the roll underneath the roll. Make sure the ends are sealed and the main seam is down.

Place the bread into the oven on the baking sheet, and cook about 25 minutes until golden brown. Make sure you keep in for full cooking time to ensure the dough in the middle is cooked completely.
