Introduction

This could be called a stew as well, as it is not a thick chili, but it is quite as satisfying as any chili I have had. Exceptionally easy to prepare! Ingredients

    1.25 lbs. ground turkey
    1 15-oz can Ranch Style black beans
    1 8.75-oz. can whole kernal corn
    2/3 of a 10-oz. can of Ro Tel diced tomatoes with lime juice and cilantro
    1/3 medium onion, chopped
    2 tsp. minced garlic
    1.5 tbls. chili powder
    2 tsp. cumin

Directions

Cook ground turkey in medium saucepan. Add the chopped onion and garlic and saute till tender. Add the canned ingredients and spices. Stir and simmer for about 30 minutes.
