Ingredients

    1 lb ground sirloin
    1/4 tsp salt
    1/4 tsp pepper
    2 8 oz cans of tomato sauce
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    1 1/2 cups reduced fat sour cream
    1/2 cup green onions, chopped
    1/4 cup reduced fat cream cheese, softened
    4cups hot cooked spaghetti (about 8 oz uncooked)
    Cooking spray
    1 1/3 cups reduced fat cheddar cheese, shredded``

Directions

Preheat oven to 350

In a large nonstick skillet, cook meat over medium heat until browned, stirring to crumble. Drain well and return meat to the pan. Stir in salt, pepper, tomato sauce and garlic. Bring to a boil; reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes. In a small bowl combine sour cream, green onions and cream cheese and set aside.

Coat a 2 quart casserole dish with cooking spray and add the pasta. Spread the sour cream mixture over the pasta. Add the meat mixture and sprinkle with cheddar cheese.

Cover and bake for 25 minutes. Uncover and bake 5 minutes until the cheese is bubbly.
