    Beef Chuck Roast 2.6# all fat trimmed and cut into cubes
    2 cans of whole kernell corn
    2 cans cut green beans
    2 cans diced tomatoes in juice
    1.5 cups of raw onions diced
    .5 small head of cabbage shreddred
    2 cups of carrots diced about 1#
    1 can of beef broth
    4 cubes of beef bouillon
    6 yucon gold potatoes
    .75 cup of barley
    5 TBSP canola oil
    1 tsp garlic powder
    1 Tbsp kosher/sea salt
    2 ts[p black pepper


Brown roast in 5 TBSP of canola oil. Add onions and saute until soft. Add all the rest of the ingredients except barley. Add seasonings to taste. Simmer until vegetables are tender crisp or until done. Add barley and simmer until done about 15 to 20 minutes. The soup is just as good or better the second day warmed up.
Two cups is 4 weight watcher points.
