    3 T unsalted butter
    1 c sugar
    0.5 c Splenda
    3 ripe bananas
    0.25 c unsw. applesauce
    1 t vanilla
    1 t baking soda
    2 c flour

    5 T unsalted butter
    1-8oz brick reduced fat cream cheese
    3 c powdered sugar
    2 t vanilla


Preheat oven to 350. Bars: beat butter and sugar/splenda until crumbly; add eggs, then bananas, then vanilla and applesauce. Stir in flour and baking soda just until blended. Bake for 20-25 min in 10X15 cookie sheet. Cool. Frosting: beat cream cheese and butter. Add vanilla and powdered sugar. Frost bars when cool, makes 24 sevings.

  • Um.... I started to make these, and umm....the recipe says to add eggs, but there is no eggs in the ingredients list. So I don't know how they taste, cuz i couldn't make them. Sorry! - 3/2/09
