Introduction

Ingredients

    1 c wheat flour
    1/2 c sugar
    1/2 c yellow cornmeal
    1/4 c canola oil
    1 c nonfat milk
    1 large egg
    1 tlbs baking powder

Directions

Preheat oven to 350˚. Blend all ingredients well in medium bowl. Bake in lightly greased 9x9 pan for 35 minutes.
Makes 8 servings.

    I make this also but with buttermilk and no sugar. I increase the corn meal to one cup - 3/16/10
