Ingredients

    2 Chicken Breasts- Cut each in piece into two thin pieces for a total of 4 thin pieces

    Ken's Steak House, Lite Raspberry Vinaigrette

    Raspberry Jelly

    Onion

    Olive OIl

Directions

Heat of frying pan on Medium Heat with 1 tsp of Olive Oil

Add chicken breasts and brown slightly

Mix Dressing, Jelly and Onions in a bowl, then add to chicken breasts

Let simmer for about 10 minutes. If sause is too thin, let simmer for a couple of more minutes. If sause is too thick you can add more dressing *calculate into nutritional info* or add a little water.

Serve alone or over rice.
