    10 oz ground turkey
    2 Tbsp grated onion
    1 tbs. fresh chopped parsley
    1.5 tsp. ground coriander
    1.5 tsp. cumin
    3/4 tsp. garlic powder
    1 Tbsp. bread crumbs (if meat is too wet)
    salt and pepper to taste


Mix all ingredients together and shape into oblong patties. Spray a foil lined cookie sheet with cooking spray and arrange the patties on top. Put in broiler and cook for about 5-6 minutes each side. (the temp may vary so keep an eye on them).
