    2 leeks, light green parts only, sliced and washed well
    1 package frozen cauliflower
    3 medium stalks celery, chopped
    4 cups chicken stock
    1 tbs butter or olive oil
    2 tbs curry powder, hot or sweet or combo
    1 tbs ground cumin
    1 tbs ground coriander
    2 cloves garlic


Melt butter in large soup pot
Add celery, garlic, and leeks and saute
Add cauliflower and chicken stock
bring to a boil and boil about 3 minutes.
Using a hand blender, or food processor, blend contents til desired degree of smoothness.
add parsley
add Spices
and half and half

Bring to asimmer and serve
