    1 lb of chicken (boiled with your favorite spices)
    1 can of Cream of Celery Soup
    1 can of SouthWest Cheese Soup
    1 small can of mushrooms
    2 cups of mozzarella cheese
    3 Fat free soft tortilla shells 8"


Boil 1lbs of chicken with favorite latino spices
Let it cool, then shredd.

In a separte bowl mix the two soups and mushrooms.

Use a small baking dish. Spray with no-cooking spray. Put a litte of the soup mix on bottom of dish.
Place one tortilla shell then layer with cheese, chicken and soup mix, start again with another tortilla shell.
On the last shell pour the remaining soup mix and remain cheese.
Bake at 375f for 25 mins.
