    2 c. wheat flour
    1/4 c. wheat germ
    1 tsp salt
    1 tsp baking soda
    1 1/2 cup mashed banana
    1/4 c oil
    1/2 c honey
    2 eggs
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 c. nut/raisen (optional)


Sift all dry ingredients together in a large mixing bowl if you do not have wheat germ add another 1/4 cup wheat flour. Add wet ingredients and mix well. Place in a greased loaf pan and bake at 350 for 1 hour. I like to slice my loaf down the center length wise and then cut each halt into 12 slices making 24 small slices all together.
