    1 1/2 cups 2% milk
    2 Tablespoons butter, melted
    2 eggs
    2 cups flour
    4 teaspoons baking powder
    1/4 cup sugar
    1 teaspoon salt


Beat milk, butter and eggs lightly in a mixing bowl. Combine dry ingredients in a bowl. Add dry mixture all at once to the liquid and stir until smooth. Spray griddle with non-stick spray and heat griddle over med heat. Spoon batter by 1/4 cup fulls onto griddle. Cook until the bubbles stop popping. Flip and brown the other side.

Tip: You can make all sorts of flavored pancakes by adding extras like banana slices, blueberries, apple or strawberry chunks.

Calorie count dosen't included add fruit; I use 2% milk, but any milk, including soy, could be substituted.
