    18 oz lean stew meat, Walmart Steakhouse brand
    100g peeled pearl onions
    440g peeled and chopped potatos
    360 g peeled and chopped carrots
    3 Tablespoons whole wheat pastry flour
    2 teaspoons paprika
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    1/4 teaspoon black pepper
    1 jar or can of whole mushrooms, fresh would be better
    1 envelope lipton dry soup mix
    3 cups water
    1-16oz package frozen peas


Combine flour, salt, pepper and paprika in shallow dish. Toss meat until coated. Preheat stove, spray non stick skillet with no calorie spray. Heat pan then add meat. Toss until meat starts to brown.

Add meat to stew pot along with all other ingredients except peas. Cook on top of stove on low heat for 90 minutes or cook in crock pot for 4 hrs. Or until meat is very tender. Add frozen peas and simmer til heated thru Serves 3
