Ingredients

    1 lb 93% Lean Ground Beef
    One box whole wheat pasta (macaroni or rotini)
    V8 Vegetable Juice, Low Sodium, 64 oz
    Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped
    Garlic, 3 cloves (or to taste)
    Canned Tomatoes, 1 can (undrained)
    Other spices to taste (dried basil, oregano, parsley, etc)

Directions

Brown beef with onion and garlic.

Add remaining ingredients, simmer until pasta is tender, approximately 10-12 minutes. Mixture will be thick! Add water to thin, if desired.

Top with cheese, if desired. Not included in calorie count.
