Ingredients

    1 bag (600g) Europe's Best First Harvest Baby Potatoes
    3 tbsp vegetable oil
    0.5 tsp salt
    1 tsp garlic powder
    1 tsp onion powder
    2 tsp dried rosemary
    1 tsp dried basil
    0.5 tsp ground oregano

Directions

* Thaw potatoes in boiling water, 3-5 minutes
* Place all other ingredients in large Zip-loc bag, mix well
* Place potatoes in bag, seal and shake until well coated
* Bake on foil-lined cookie sheet at 400 degrees until browned, 20-30 minutes.
