    1 lb. Ground Chuck
    1 jar Dei Fratelli Spagetti Sauce
    1 pkg. Whole Grain Spagetti
    1/4 c. Squash
    1/4 c. Zucchini
    2 TBSP. Salt
    2 TBSP. Extra Virgin Olive Oil


Brown Ground Chuck in a medium sized pot with 1/2 tbsp. of salt. When meat is browned, drain the grease off then add 1 jar of spagetti sauce.

In a separate pot, cook spagetti as directed on the package but add 1 and 1/2 Tbsp. of salt to the water when cooking. The noodles will have to cook for about 10 minutes. After they have cooked for 5 minutes, add the squash and zucchini to the pot and finish cooking.

When the noodles are done, drain and stir in 2 Tbsp. of Olive Oil to keep the noodles from sticking. This can be placed in a dish to serve or divided onto plates. Top with sauce from the 1st pot and serve. This makes 8 servings.
