    4 large eggs
    salt to taste
    pepper to taste

Directions

Crack eggs into a bowl or cup. Scramble eggs with fork or wisk. Add salt and pepper to taste. Heat pan with some cooking spray. Put eggs into hot pan and stir frequently until done. Enjoy. Serves 2.
