    Creamy Garlic Alfredo Sauce Mix, McCormick, 4 tbsp (remove)
    Whole Wheat Spaghetti, cooked (pasta), 3 cup (remove)
    Milk, nonfat, 2 cup (remove)
    Pepper, black, .5 tsp (remove)
    Broccoli, cooked, 1 cup, chopped (remove)
    Spinach, fresh, 1.5 cup (remove)
    Chicken Breast, no skin, 1 breast, bone and skin removed (remove)
    Parmesan Cheese sprinkled on top


Boil Noodles and Broccoli (add Broccoli about half way through cooking noodles). In saucepan cook sauce mix, milk, pepper, finely chopped spinach and pre-cooked chicken.
Mix and top with P. cheese before serving
