This white jambalya recipe is easy to make and filling. This white jambalya recipe is easy to make and filling.
Number of Servings: 12


    1 lb Extra lean ground beef
    1 package of turkey and pork smoked Sausage
    8 oz cocktail shrimp peeled
    2 2/3 c chopped green pepper
    3 c rice, uncooked
    1 large onion chopped
    1/4 c Jalapeno peppers sliced
    2 tsp Creole seasoning
    1 tbsp Cayenne Pepper
    1/4 tbsp Paprika
    6 c water


1. Chop the onion and green pepper, set aside.
2. brown the beef, shrimp, and sausage, remove from pan.
3. In the pan, add onion, green pepper. Cook, constantly turning, until the onions are glassy.
4. Return the meats to the pan and add water.
Bring to a boil and then add rice.
Makes about 1 1/2 c serving
