Ingredients

    1 can diced tomatoes, no salt
    1 can mexican style pinto beans
    1 cup cooked brown long grain rice
    1 cup cooked kale
    1 cup frozen mixed vegables
    2 Morningstar Farms breakfast patties, cubed
    2 oz low fat cheddar for garnish

Directions

Mix all incredients exept cheese in saucepan, heat to boiling, simmer until vegetables are cooked.
Sprinkle 1/4 oz. grated lo fat cheddar for garnish.
