    10 medium potatoes (peeled & quartered)
    4 oz. Philadelphia Cream Cheese (Fat Free)
    8 oz. Sour Cream (Fat Free)
    8 Tablespoons Smart Balance Buttery Spread (light with flax oil)
    Garlic salt, salt & pepper to taste


Preheat oven to 350F. Boil potatoes till soft but not mushy. Drain. Put potatoes In a mixing bowl, add cream cheese, sour cream, buttery spread & seasoning. Mix at high speed till smooth. Spray a 8x8" pyrex dish with Pam, add potato mixture. Sprinkle top of mixture with paprika & bake in oven for 30 minutes. Remove from oven and let sit for 5-10 minutes.
