    Ginger Root, 2 tsp
    Garlic, 2 clove
    Scallions, raw, 2 medium (4-1/8" long)
    Jalapeno Peppers, 1 pepper
    Cilantro, raw, 16 tbsp
    Grapeseed Oil, 2 tbsp
    Sesame Oil, 1 tbsp
    *Soy Sauce, 1 tsp
    *Fish Sauce, .25 tbsp
    *Log Cabin Sugar Free Syrup, 1.5 serving
    *Tilapia, 16 oz
    4 banana leaves OR 4 pieces parchment paper


Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Chop cilantro finely. Chop scallions finely. Mix all ingredients to tilapia together in a bowl. Place leaves or parchment pieces on a baking tray. Layer each piece of parchment with a filet of tilapia then spread 1/4 of the seasoning mixture on top. Wrap each piece of tilapia up into a small package and place on baking tray. Bake for 25-30 minutes.
