Number of Servings: 16


    1 cup all purpose flour
    1/s cup unsweetened cocoa powder
    1 tsp baking powder
    1/2 tsp salt
    6 Tbsp unsalted butter
    3 oz bittersweet chocolate, chopped
    1/4 and 1/8 egg substitute
    1 1/4 cup sugar
    1 tsp vanilla extract


Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line an 8x8 baking dish with parchment paper leaving a one inch overhang.
Sift together folur, cocoa, baking powder and salt.
Place butter and chocolate in a sauce pan over lowest heat setting and cook, stirring until melted and smoth. Set aside to cool slightly.
Whisk egg substitute, sugar and vanilla in a large bowl. Stir in cooled chocolate mixture. Add flour mixture and stir until just combined (do not over mix). Pour into prepared baking dish and bake until slightly puffed and set in center, 20 to 25 minutes. Cool completely on wire rack. Using parchment paper remove from baking dish onto cutting board. Cut into 16 squares. Yields 16 servings.
