Ingredients

    Healthy Pancake


    * *Best of the Egg--Egg Substitute, .5 cup
    * Pancake Dry Mix, .125 cup (2 Tablespoon)
    * Oats, .125 cup (2 Tablespoon)
    * Olive Oil, 1 1tsp

Directions



1. Set a nonstick skillet over medium heat add 1 tsp of oil.
2. In a medium bowl, stir together the pancake mix and oats. Pour the liquid into the dry ingredients, and stir just until moistened.
3. Spoon 1/4 cupfuls of batter onto the hot skillet. Cook until bubbles appear on the surface, then flip and cook until browned on the other side.
