    3 1/2 Lb Pork Butt Roast
    1 Env. Lipton Onion Soup Mix
    1 Can Cream of Mushroom soup
    12 oz. can of Coke


Place Pork Roast in a roaster, cover and cook for 2 hours at 350 degrees. Combine soup mix and soup and carefully blend in Coke. Remove grease from roaster, pour soup/Coke mixture over roast and return to oven, uncovered for 2 hours or until done (160 degrees on a meat thermometer). Remove, let rest for 10 minutes, slice and serve. Makes 10 servings at 550 Calories each.
