Number of Servings: 5


    1/4 cup Heart Smart Bisquick
    1/4 cup Splenda
    1 Tbsp FF milk
    1/3 cup egg beaters
    1 Tbsp FF Promise butter spread
    2/3 cup canned pumpkin
    1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
    (or 1/4 tsp cinnamon + 1/8 tsp nutmeg + 1/8 tsp ginger)


Mix all ingredients until smooth. Pour into FIVE sprayed muffin cups. Bake at 375 degrees for 25 min, or until toothpick comes out clean.

Makes 5 muffins.
