    1 pound Jennie-o lean turkey
    1/2 cup skim milk
    1/2 cup bread crumbs plain
    1 egg
    1/4 cup ketchup
    2 tbsp brown sugar
    1/2 cup chopped onion
    8oz reduced fat shredded cheese
    1 tsp salt
    1/4 tsp pepper


1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F

2. In a bowl, mix the turkey, milk, bread crumbs,onions and eggs by hand. Season with salt and pepper. Fold the shredded cheese into the mixture. Transfer to a loaf pan, and top with ketchup brown sugar mixture

3. Bake 1 hour in the preheated oven, to an internal temperature of 180 degrees F (85 degrees C).
