    1 cup cooked Chick peas
    3 roasted green or red peppers
    3/4 cup sun dried tomatoes
    2 tbs olive oil
    4 cloves crushed garlic
    1 tsp cumin
    season to taste


In food processor or blender, blend chickpeas, add roasted peppers, oil, cumin, garlic and seasoning. cut sundried tomatoes into small pieces (I use scissors) add and stir into hummus.

This is served with crisps as a dip makes about 30 generous servings (dips)
