    1 lb. pork tenderloin
    1 tsp. mixed pepper seasoning
    1/4 tsp. garlic salt
    2 tsp canola oil
    1 1/2 cup low sodium chicken broth
    2 tbsp balsalmic vinegar
    2 tsp dried rosemary leaves, crushed
    1 package (8oz) fresh whole mushrooms


Sprinkle both sides of Pork with mixed pepper seasonings and garlic salt. In 12-inch nonstick skillet, heat oil over med-high heat. Add pork; cook about 5 minutes, turning once, until browned. Transfer to a roasting pan and roast in 325 degree oven for 40 minutes or until done in the middle.

Meanwhile, add mushrooms to skillet and saute until tender. Sprinkle mushrooms with flour and stir until muchrooms are coated. Add Chicken broth, balsalmic vinegar and rosemary to skillet. Heat till boiling, reduce heat and simmer for 3 minutes.

When pork is done slice into 1/2 inch slices and serve mushroom sauce over top.
