Ingredients

    1 avocado
    2 roma tomatoes
    1 lime
    .5 red onion
    .5 cucumber
16oz shrimp- I prefer shelled and deveined
about 2 cups of clamato juice

Directions

Dice everything except for the shrimp and lime. Put it all in one bowl. Juice the lime over the mixture. Cook the shrimp. Once it is cooked add it to the mixture. Pour in some clamato juice, just enough to cover about two thirds of the mixture. Dash of salt. Mix it all up. You can serve it alone or with chips. I eat it as an entree. If I want it spicy I add a very finely chopped chili pepper. You can also add some plain old hot sauce or some salsa, i just prefer more natural ingredients so I use chilies that's I grow myself.

A serving size is about a cup. There are 4 servings in this recipe. Just double if you want to add more but go easy on the chili peppers.
