Number of Servings: 10


    1 lb. extra lean Ground beef or turkey
    1 chopped Onion (cook with beef)
    1 tsp chopped Garlic (cook with beef)
    1 can (10.75 oz) Tomato Soup
    1 cup crushed Tomatoes
    1 can Pinto Beans (do not drain)
    1 can Black Beans (do not drain)
    1 can dark red Kidney Beans (do not drain)
    1 can White Beans (do not drain)
    1 can Garbanzo beans (do not drain)
    1 cup Water
    1 tbsp Chili Powder, (to taste)
    .5 tsp Cumin, (to taste)
    1 tsp Tabasco Sauce, (to taste)
    1 tsp Crushed Red Pepper, (to taste)


Brown meat, garlic and onion, drain well. Place in large pot, add soup, tomatoes, and 5 cans of beans. Add about 1 cup of water, or to desired consistency. Add seasoning to taste. Serve with a choice of low fat shredded cheddar, sour cream, crackers.
Makes about 10 1-cup servings. Freezes well.
