    Flour tortillas, 6
    93% lean ground turkey, 20 oz package
    1 onion, chopped
    1 pkg. taco seasoning
    1 c. salsa
    1 can black beans, drained
    1 c. frozen corn
    2 c. 2% shredded cheddar cheese


Brown onion and ground turkey in pan sprayed with cooking spray. Drain. Add taco seasoning, beans and corn. Stir and warm through. Cut tortilla's in half. Spray 9x13 baking pan with cooking spray. Spread a little bit of salsa in the bottom. Layer 1/2 of the tortillas, then meat mixture, then cheese. Repeat.

Bake at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes.
