Never had halibut before but I will check it out at the market. If it is reasonable I will buy it if not will try with tilapia. Love mango salsa. - 6/22/10

I tried this last night and loved it. It was fairly easy to make, just took some time. Wouldn't make it on a weeknight to many things going on. - 4/20/09

    Incredible!
Wonderful - I'm not a fan of mango, but this salsa is excellent, and with the halibut it was a delicate flavor that enhanced. Next time, I'll add a little hot pepper, too. - 4/8/09

    Incredible!
The mango salsa was excellent, I added some grilled and peeled jalapenos for some heat and grilled tuna steaks for budgetary reasons but the salsa is a keeper - 3/20/09
