    2.5 lb. ground beef
    2 medium onions
    1.25 c. celery (diced)
    1 green pepper (diced)
    5 c. potatoes (diced)
    5 T sugar/Splenda (or less - I find this too much)
    1.25 t. paprika
    5 beef bullion cubes
    5 t. salt
    1 t. pepper
    28 oz spaghetti sauce
    2 x 28 oz. cans diced canned tomatoes
    10 c. water
    6 T. barley
    1 medium head cabbage, chopped


Brown meat and onions.

Add other ingredients except cabbage. Bring to a boil.

Simmer one hour.

Add cabbage and simmer another hour.

If too thick add water.
