    1/2 lb lean ground beef
    1/4 tsp salt
    1/4 tsp pepper
    1 tsp canola oil
    8 oz sliced mushrooms
    1 medium onion, chopped
    3 cloves minced garlic
    10.75 oz can cream of mushroom soup
    1/2 cup Fat Free Sour cream
    1 T. Brown mustard
    4 cups cooked egg noodles


Preheat oven to 350. Spray a 13x9 pan with Pam.

Brown beef in skillet, drain off grease. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Set beef aside.

In skillet heat oil and add mushroom slices, onions and garlic. Cook and stir 2 minutes. add 1/4 cup of water. Simmer 3 minutes. Return beef to skillet. Stir in soup, sour cream, and mustard.

Place cooked noodles in prepared dish. Pour beef mixture over noodles. Mix well. Bake for 30 minutes uncovered.

  • It was really easy to make, and didnt taste bad, but it was a little bland. My son liked it, but my husband and I had to add some hot sauce as a quick fix for some flavor. If I make this again I am going to add some more spices, and or other ingredients to give it more flavor. - 2/12/09
