    1/2 pound lean ground beef
    1/2 cup onion, chopped
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp pepper
    1 T. chili powder
    1t cumin
    1 t oregno
    1 cup salsa con queso
    8 oz can refrigerated crescent rolls
    1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese


Preheat oven to 375. Spray 13x9 pan with Pam.

Brown beef in skillet with onion. Drain off fat. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Stir in chili powder, cumin, and oregano.

Pour con queso into prepard baking dish, spread evenly.

Separate crescent rolls into 4 rectangles. Roll each out. Cut in two squares.

Spoon about 1/4 cup of beef mixture into each square. Lift sides to meet in the middle, pinch and twist to seal.

Place squares in dish and top with cheese. Bake for 25 minutes. Can sprinkle with fresh cilantro and serve with salsa and sour cream (not included in calorie calculation.)
